The inside spaces

I will just send picture of the main house. The two other buildings are the guest room, and two offices; and the guest bedroom that will be used as a gym, the outdoor shower and pool bath.

We like the floor plan and it's getting to feel more like home! Anxious to see all of you here......

Sleeping on Hale Road

Move in begins tomorrow and here are some shots of the last minute excitement.......it really is beautiful. Rocket likes the grass the best.

Shrink Wrapped

I have been wanting to do a new post and show the house almost completed. But, as you can see from these photos, as soon as something is done, it is covered up and protected. So, the entire house is virtually wrapped up. So, the next post will be the move in on May 10. Can you believe it? It's been an incredible experience.

ALMOST

We are getting there. 8 weeks to go. Wood floors are in, cabinets are being installed, garage door has appeared, there is glass in the skylight, hardscape is being completed. Here are some progress pictures - everything is still protected in plastic, but it is feeling houselike.

Lots of Progress

Yesterday we saw the trellis that connects the upper building to the main house.  It is very dramatic and beautiful.   The trellis is also going up by the pool where it will create a shady area to sit and gives the small pool house building a nice profile.  You can see this in the picture looking past it to the view.  And the wood floors are being installed, they look great and so nice for walking on and for sound as well.   It is feeling more like a reality every day.

Three Months to Go

It seems impossible to believe, but we think the end of April is move in time.  The siding is starting to go up on the parts of the building that are not poured concrete.  This photo is of the Master Bedroom.  The trellis is being installed, this photo shows it outside of the dining room. Drywall is up inside the house and all finishes have been approved.  Cabinets are being painted and the floors will go in early in February.  Our contractors are going at fast forward so we are actually thinking this might become a reality........
